  • Prevention of Contamination and Food Poisoning.
  • Personal Hygiene.
  • Premises, equipment and pest control.
  • Cleaning and disinfection.

  • Legislation.
  • Food safety management and HACCP.

Course length: 3 days.

Qualification: intermediate food hygiene certificate.

Cost: £165 per person + VAT on open courses.
