Nutrition, fluid and diet are fundamental to health and well being, and therefore fundamental to quality and safety in healthcare.
This training course is designed to give candidates an underpinning knowledge of the principles of hydration, diet and food safety. The course involves practical advice on signs & symptoms of poor diet. The course also gives practical guidance on what an individual can do to facilitate good practice.
